New Steel Soffit, Fascia, and Gutters in Maple Grove, MN

September 8, 2026 | By Jeff Patnode

Soffit and fascia play an important role in protecting your home and enhancing its curb appeal. The soffit is the underside of your roof’s overhang, providing ventilation for your attic and preventing moisture buildup. The fascia board is on the edge of your roof, facing outwards. When soffit and fascia are outdated or damaged, it has a negative effect on your home’s appearance and durability.

We recently had the opportunity to upgrade this Maple Grove home with steel soffit, fascia, and, to round things out, gutters. Our steel Windlock Soffit-Fascia system is vastly superior to the lightweight aluminum that is so common in our industry, standing up to wind, rain, and hail.

Our low-maintenance gutter system will efficiently channel water away from the foundation, too. And the ABC Seamless Super Bracket is the strongest gutter bracket used in our industry, meaning even the heaviest snow and ice won’t pull these gutters off.

See more photos of this project below! We’re happy to leave homes more beautiful and better protected than when we found them. If your soffit and fascia are in need of an upgrade, contact us to request a free quote.
