Complete Home Exterior Refresh in Minnetonka

New Siding, Roof, Porch Ceiling, and More!
We recently had the opportunity to completely refresh the appearance of this home in Minnetonka, and we’re incredibly proud of the result. We replaced the roof, siding, soffit, and fascia; installed new windows, doors, and gutters; and even replaced the front porch ceiling.
We replaced the existing wood siding with ABC Seamless Steel Siding, giving the home a clean look and better protection against fire and weather. Plus, this new steel siding won’t need frequent maintenance like wood siding does. The homeowner chose 6″ Seamless Steel Siding in Iron Gray, which is one of our newest color options!
For the new roof, we installed GAF Timberline HDZ® shingles in Charcoal, which are known to provide advanced roof protection and rich color. The new all-black soffit, fascia, and gutters blend seamlessly with the dark roof shingles. And with LeafBlaster Pro® gutter covers, the homeowner won’t have to worry about cleaning their gutters ever again.
The beautiful windows and doors from ProVia®
were also a pleasure to install, and they enhance this home’s appearance even further.
This home also has a very cozy front porch, and we used a new steel shiplap soffit product from EDCO
for the ceiling. It looks just like real wood and really adds to the porch’s comfortable atmosphere. We even installed in-ceiling lighting!
